The high-speed door consists of a door frame system, a door curtain system, a drive motor, a control system, and a safety system. Frame system: The main material is made of carbon steel plate or aluminum alloy. Door curtain system: mainly composed of PVC fabric or aluminum alloy profiles. Drive motor system: It is mainly composed of brake pads, motors and reducers. Control system: The most commonly used is the integrated circuit board with PLC/frequency converter/encoder set or its own IPM module. Most of the control systems adopted by domestic door enterprises are mainly PLC/frequency converter/encoder. Safety system: mainly infrared electric eye switch, safety air pressure sensor (some enterprises with high mechanical precision and high stability of control system use safety contact belt) or light curtain system; light curtain system should be the highest level of safety protection. Lifting speed: 0.8 m/s-1.5m/s, from the bottom to the top is generally about 2 seconds (the speed is 20 times that of the electric rolling shutter), vehicles and pedestrians do not need to wait, and do not constitute obstacles. At higher speeds, there are various trigger signals for opening the door. Mode: manual button, radar induction, infrared photoelectric induction, geomagnetic induction, remote control, etc. Door cloth material: PVC or PVDF film material is generally used as the curtain cloth, especially PVDF film material has better anti-aging performance, is not easy to fade and has self-cleaning function, which is very suitable for fast rolling doors.
The place of origin is German or French. Thickness 0.8mm-2.0mm. A 2.0mm thick door will change the entire product structure. Colors include orange, yellow, blue, silver, transparent mesh, black, etc. Orange is the first choice, because orange is very eye-catching, stimulates the senses of insects, and has a certain anti-insect function. Driving motor: all the fast rolling doors use brake deceleration motors, which require fast braking and low noise. Generally, the brake motors sold on the market either have poor braking effect or make a lot of braking noise, and are not suitable for fast rolling doors. A speed ratio of 1:10-1:15 is more appropriate. This is a brand-new control method. When the operation stops, it does not need to rely on the brake to brake, and the noise is further reduced.
